Activital 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or refund up to 30 days from date of invoice. Proof of purchase from Activitalusa.com is required for all returns. Products sold on a "Final Sale" basis cannot be returned.
To process your return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the message to receive a return label via email. Please include the return label and packing slip with the product in resale condition and original packaging. The cost of the original shipping charge will not be refunded, and the cost of the return label shipping will be deducted from your product credit with Activitalusa. If a mistake was made by our team during the shipping process, Activitalusa is happy to pay the cost of return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "Final Sale" items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
